The Faster 545 SCW is a purpose-built side console workboat designed primarily for rescue operations. The layout provides generous clear deck space alongside the steering console — sufficient for stretcher placement and casualty handling. The bow hatch enables straightforward boarding, shore landing, and dive operations without fixed ramp infrastructure.
The 545 SCW is built on the same hull as the Faster recreational range — a design recognised for its handling qualities and sea-keeping in varying conditions. The deep V hull with an 18-degree deadrise provides confident performance in open water and chop, making the 545 SCW a practical choice for coastal and exposed lake operations where smaller flat-bottomed workboats are not suitable.
