Core Engineering Solutions
These core engineering solutions define the operational performance of Faster workboats.
Catamaran Performance Advantage
Faster catamaran hulls deliver superior stability, increased deck space, and efficient high-speed performance — particularly in demanding sea states where traditional monohulls reach their limits.

Exceptional stability — minimal heel even under uneven load

Precise handling with twin keels and dual-engine control

Wide bow access for fast loading and safe embarkation

Consistent visibility without bow lift during acceleration

Predictable behaviour in turns with no inward or outward tilt

Smooth performance in waves for improved operational comfort

Optimised propulsion ensures strong grip and efficient power transfer

Redundant propulsion ensures continued operation if one engine fails
Mounting Rail System
The Faster mounting rail system enables rapid repositioning of heavy equipment and loads on deck — a critical operational advantage for workboats handling diverse tasks in a single deployment.

- Quick repositioning of deck equipment without manual lifting or crane operations
- Supports heavy-duty loads: winches, davits, survey equipment, and cargo containers
- Configurable rail positions to match mission-specific deck layouts
- Reduces crew fatigue and improves operational turnaround time
Bow Ramp
Purpose-built bow ramp systems enable direct shore access for personnel, equipment, and vehicles — eliminating the need for harbour infrastructure in remote or temporary landing zones.

- Hydraulically operated ramp for fast deployment and retrieval
- Designed for beach landings, island logistics, and personnel transfer
- Load-rated for vehicles, equipment pallets, and stretcher operations
- Integrated hull reinforcement ensures structural integrity under repeated ramp loading
Equipment
Configured for Your Operation
Every Faster workboat is delivered according to the operator’s specific requirements. Deck equipment, seating, safety systems, and operational accessories are selected and installed during the build process, ensuring proper structural mounting, system compatibility, and operational readiness from day one.
The range of available accessories covers the full spectrum of professional workboat operations: from rescue and diving equipment to cargo systems, lighting, and crew comfort. Whether the requirement is straightforward or highly specific, our engineering team will find the right solution.

Accessory Categories
What Can Be Configured
