Google Analytics data: processed in accordance with Google’s data retention settings. Analytics data is anonymised and aggregated; it does not constitute personal data in identifiable form after processing by Google Analytics.
When personal data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

6.2 Distribution Partners
When an enquiry specifically concerns a region served by an authorised Faster Work Boats distributor, we may share your contact details with the relevant distributor to ensure you receive a prompt local response. This will only occur where it is clearly in your interest and you would reasonably expect it based on your enquiry. Current authorised distributors are

7. International Data Transfers
Juha Snell Oy is based in Finland (EU). Personal data is processed primarily within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Google Analytics data may be transferred to Google servers in the United States. This transfer is carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission pursuant to Article 46 GDPR. IP anonymisation is enabled in our Google Analytics configuration, which means your full IP address is not transmitted to Google.
No other transfers of personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA take place in connection with the Faster Work Boats website.
8. Your Rights

We will respond to your request within one month. In complex cases or where we receive a large number of requests, this period may be extended by a further two months. We will inform you of any such extension.
We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We will not charge a fee for handling requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

Juha Snell Oy takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access.
The Faster Work Boats website uses HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption) for all data transmitted between your browser and our server. Contact form submissions are transmitted securely and received directly to the data controller’s email system.

Juha Snell Oy does not control that processing and is not responsible for it.
User-Generated Content
Juha Snell Oy may share images or videos that users post publicly on social media using hashtags associated with Faster boats (such as #fasterworkboats or #fasteraluminiumboats), or in which Faster Work Boats is tagged directly.
We will only share such content where:
- The user has voluntarily used our brand hashtag or tagged our account, indicating their willingness to be associated with our brand, or
- We have obtained the user’s explicit permission to share their content
Users whose content we share are always credited by tagging the original account. Any user whose content has been shared may request its removal at any time by contacting us at marianne.aavio(at)faster.fi.
